***If you determine that you can not make the event for any reason, you have three options:

   1) Find a substitute who can take your registration (Up until 5/1/2016) and notify us by EMAIL.

   2) Cancel your registration and request a refund by EMAIL. (Up until 3/1/2015)

   3) Cancel your registration and donate your registration fee to the Bentonville Battlefield. Please notify us by EMAIL as soon as possible, we don't want to waste rations.
