Between Now and May....

1) Take some time to look through your kit. See what you need to work on, what can be improved, etc. If you've got questions, ask your pards, your company commander, or on the AC forum.

2) Start reading up on Outpost/Picket Duty. Cut and paste the following link into your browser.

4) Start thinking about entrenching tools. A large portion of the weekend will be spent improving and fortifying picket posts. Shovels, axes, and picks are all useful. Do you know the difference between period correct tools and post-war ones? Might be time to do some research!
